STEP 3 Listing

STEP 4 open house
We will arrange public open house on weekend. Open house makes more people pay attention to your house. Those people who had visited your house during open will tell their relatives and friends about it, which can help us to explore more potential customers.
STEP 5 Offer
We will receive email offers from those buyer’s agent who are interested in your property. We will disclosure all the information and details to you during the bargain process.
STEP 6 Accepting offer and Completion
After acceptance of the offer, we commissioned lawyers to do a property rights transfer.
STEP 7 Possession
You will get the key in the second day of completion day.
